First check the status- If the one time order in question has a pending status in your client area you may still cancel your order by following the steps below. We can only cancel one time orders that are in the pending status as this means we have not yet put the order in queue to be completed. Once the order is the the In Progress or Completed status you may no longer cancel your order.

To cancel packages:

One time packages –  Open a support ticket with the subject line “cancel” : https://skyyomedia.com/clients/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=1 

You may only cancel one time packages if the status still says pending.

Monthly packages –  Open a support ticket with the subject line “cancel” : https://skyyomedia.com/clients/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=1 

note: Once canceled any pending reports will be delivered when complete even though the order has been canceled.
